The VivaCam is a 5MP digital camera that captures a clinical image, which is taken with the tissue cap applied to the skin. This overview image provides navigation during the confocal imaging examination, creating a workflow which allows for complete confirmation of the macro image collection to the subsequent RCM image on the Vivascope 1500.
The VivaCam and the VivaScope 1500 are built for each other. Clinical imaging, high quality dermoscopy, plus cellular resolution confocal imaging of lesions, all managed within a single software solution that allows easy tracking of lesions over time. That’s why every VivaScope system includes the VivaCam.
